Coddington Vineyard and Garden, not the easiest place to find, but well worth the effort which a number of members made on a very very windy day in October: this was also an Open Day for the National Garden Scheme.
This is a lovely site to visit and is set in a stunning rural location near the Malvern Hills and historic Ledbury: I don’t remember how we found Coddington Vineyard but I’m glad we did.
You can enjoy a tour of the vineyard and gardens followed by a wine tasting and lunch on the terrace, which on a sunny day looks delightful. They also take bookings for weddings, parties, and if you want to you can purchase wine from their Wine Cellar. Peter, the entrepreneur owner of Coddington, will be only too happy to tell you all about his journey with this enterprise.
